Nice room but bath didn’t work, and the price felt too high.

Unexpected fun during a family retreat

Our family of four had an enjoyable stay. The roomy family suite allowed us to unwind comfortably, and the breakfast spread was delightful—so many options to choose from!

Unfortunately, our bathroom door malfunctioned and locked our daughter inside momentarily. Thankfully, the staff quickly resolved the issue, but it could have spoiled our trip.

the hotel & spa was fantastic! the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. we loved the clean standard double room and the comfy bed. the location is perfect, right near the main bar area. we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, too!

Room assignments did not match what was booked, leading to disappointment, as I requested a quiet room but was placed above a function with loud music. The initial room was also not the superior king room I had booked, resulting in a frustrating experience at check-in. However, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food in the restaurant were standout positives, especially the delicious biscuits and hearty bar food served during the evening.

The stay was decent overall. The location was great, and the view from the room was lovely. Although the service in the restaurant was average, the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. However, I was surprised to find that I had to pay extra for spa access despite being a guest, and the facilities felt a bit cramped when busy.

Clean room and friendly staff. Spa appointment issues caused some frustration. Great evening entertainment options nearby. The food was delicious.

We really enjoyed the relaxing spa treatments and the comfortable lounge area during our stay. The wellness center and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind. If I'm being picky, the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊

Clean standard double room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. Bathroom had free toiletries, a shower, and towels provided. Enjoyed the massage and wellness packages at the spa, though I wished for more available times. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the breakfast with fresh pastries. Rooftop bar offered nice views of the lake.

The bed was super comfy, but the shower was disappointing and weak.

A Perfect Getaway with Great Amenities

After a warm welcome, we enjoyed a spotless double room with stunning lake views. The power shower was revitalizing, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. The spacious bar offered delicious meals, perfect for relaxing after our spa visit. A delightful stay overall!

The rooftop bar is a great spot for drinks with stunning views, and the local sourced lamb shank for dinner was a dish to remember.

Ideal for a friend getaway

I booked a lake view room which was fine. The spa was very nice, the staff were super accommodating to my friend and me, making it a nice experience.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still within reason.

It was just a nice choice for a rapid stop in Loughrea with high value for money. The food at lunch was really tasty with good service.
